Install Your Swag!

Install Your Swag!

Tools Needed: Masking Tape, Tape Measure for centering and positioning, a level to keep straight if desired and good quality adhesive or double-sided tape. We use the White Gorilla Glue in this video!

Find the best spot!

Decide where you want to install your swag. Smooth finish walls work best, but they also work on rough textures as well! Install isn't 100% permanent, but it can peel paint off upon removal.

Install Template

If your swag came in multiple pieces, you will need to install the template first to achieve the best results. If your swag is all one piece, you can skip the install template. Tape the template on to the desired spot with masking tape. Make sure it is taped fairly secure if using glue to stick them to the wall.

Install the Swag!

Now that the template is in place, we can begin applying each piece into it's correct spot using any type of double-sided tape or construction adhesive/super glue. We recommend using the white Gorilla Glue if gluing as it has a good initial tack. Don't put too much glue! A little dab in a couple spots on each piece is good enough! Tip: Put little tacks of glue in strategic points and it makes it easier to relocate in the future.

Remove Template & Enjoy!

If you glued your Swag Garage on to the wall, wait until it dries as per the drying times of the glue you used. Then, carefully remove the template by pulling straight up and off each piece of your new swag. The template may be saved to relocate in the future.

Once the template is removed, post a picture on instagram to show it off! And don't forget to tag us @swag.garage!

Thanks for your purchase!
